NIIMBL Workforce bioLOGIC Virtual Workshop

Wednesday, November 19, 2025 | noon – 2 pm ET

The NIIMBL Workforce Development team will host a virtual workshop with a limited number of participants from member organizations to discuss the current and future state of the NIIMBL bioLOGIC program.

The purpose of this workshop is to:

  • Discuss the history of NIIMBL bioLOGIC implementation and some of the constraints and challenges faced in exploring national scaling of this program
  • Assess the NIIMBL member community’s interest and current activity in K-12 outreach and career awareness
  • Understand barriers and motivators with respect to NIIMBL bioLOGIC engagement with the member community
  • Brainstorm on potential paths forward for national scaling of the NIIMBL bioLOGIC program (funded and/or non-funded).

Space is limited. To ensure representation of different types of organizations, NIIMBL will review the list of those interested and send workshop invitations by November 7, 2025.
