Opened in February 2020, the Ammon Pinizzotto Biopharmaceutical Innovation Center on the University of Delaware campus serves as NIIMBL headquarters. NIIMBL occupies two floors of the 200,000 square foot building with administrative offices, shared laboratory space, platform process facilities, a showcase laboratory, and workforce training areas. The building is also home to the University of Delaware’s biopharmaceutical discovery and development activities.

From Philadelphia or New York/New Jersey:
Once you have entered Delaware, take Interstate I-495 South/I-95-South to Exit 1B to merge onto DE-896 N/S College Ave. Merge onto DE-896 N/S College Avenue. Continue straight onto South College Avenue for approximately 0.3 miles. Turn left onto Discovery Boulevard. Then, turn right onto Avenue 1743. The Ammon Pinizzotto Biopharmaceutical Innovation Center is located on the corner of Avenue 1743 and Discovery Boulevard at 590 Avenue 1743, across from the Chemours Discovery Hub.
From Baltimore/Washington:
Take I-95-North toward New York. Take Exit 1 toward DE-896 N toward Newark. Turn left onto DE-896 N/S College Avenue. Continue straight on S College Avenue. Turn left onto Discovery Boulevard. Then turn right onto Avenue 1743. The Ammon Pinizzotto Biopharmaceutical Innovation Center is located on the corner of Avenue 1743 and Discovery Boulevard at 590 Avenue 1743, across from the Chemours Discovery Hub.
