Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Method Development Study RFI2023.1

NIIMBL is pleased to announce this Request for Information (RFI) to develop a Method Development Study for Characterization of AAV vector by Next Generation Sequencing.

The planned study aims to promote collaboration among multiple laboratories and industry partners to enhance the reliability, consistency, and understanding of AAV vector properties using NGS-based analysis methods. The objectives for this study are method development, sharing of best practices, and the establishment of a common protocol amongst the project teams. Depending upon the study outcome, subsequent stages would be planned in the future.
