The NIIMBL eXperience is an exclusive in-person, all expenses paid immersion program that offers students real-world insight into biopharmaceutical industry careers through hands-on activities and direct interactions with industry professionals.
Key program goals:
This RFA seeks applicants to host a NIIMBL eXperience for Educators Program. The goal is to equip K-12 educators with foundational knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry so they can better inform and inspire their students.
The deadline is October 15, 2025 (5 pm ET).
The program is open to first and second year college students. Students must be actively enrolled in a degree program. Participation is limited to domestic students living within the United States.

NIIMBL is excited to announce that five organizations have been selected to host a NIIMBL eXperience during the summer of 2026. The organizations, representing different geographic regions of the United States, will host a unique eXperience week next summer, designed to introduce first- and second-year college students to rewarding career options in the biopharmaceutical industry.
